Shipping and delivery

We prepare and ship orders from our North Carolina studio. Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you place your order. Some U.S. orders qualify for free shipping when the checkout displays a free option.

Processing time can vary by item and option. The delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate and includes the shipping method available for your order. If you need an item by a particular date, please contact us before ordering.

When your order ships, we will send the available tracking information. If a package arrives damaged, is missing, or appears delayed, contact us through the Contact page with your order number so we can help.

For destinations outside the United States, any available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Any import duties or taxes not collected at checkout are the buyer’s responsibility.
