Returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for physical items purchased from LionPrints. Please contact us through the Contact page with your order number and ship the item back within 30 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions when you contact us.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items should be returned in their original condition. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, as agreed with us.

After we receive the return, we will review it and issue any applicable refund to the original payment method. Payment provider processing times may vary.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can help resolve it.
